Vietnam Trip - Day 3 Finally ending and back to Saigon

The next destination was to a place called Fairy Stream if I remember it correctly. Our guides dropped us there and said they would be back in 30 minutes time, and urged us not to be late. Teng, by then is so moody she did not want to speak much with me.

I did not take any pictures of the Fairy stream, but we did try to go in there and take a looka looka. The thing was that when we walk in through this path, there were some local kids smoking off a beehive, remove honeycombs from it. I guess Teng actually freaked out somehow, and because the stream was the murky kind that is so brownish and all, she was not really enthuasiastic about walking in. Who knows what lurks in the stream.

So we went back the route we walked in, sat at a stone table and waited for our guides to come back. To pass the time, I went around to take some pictures. Of one, is a Honda Motorbike that I would have craved for 6 years ago. You might see it as a piece of scrap metal. But back then, there was a craze in me to make this piece of old metal into something really good looking. Good thing I didn’t, but sad thing was that I actually spend 2k on a Yamaha RXK which died on me eventually(PISTON JAMMED) because I forgot to lubricate it with 2T once when I left the army camp back home.

Vintage Honda I would have get my hands on 6 years back for a good riding experience.

Nothing special, but many interesting works can be done on this Vintage Bike.

A Jeep popular for touring around Mui Ne. 30USD for a private tour. Can seat 3-4 people.

Fish Sauce inside. That’s how they make fish sauce in Thailand and Vietnam I think. Pungeant smell I assure you.

Our guides came back 30 minutes later and took us back to Baotran Hostel. Teng quickly went back to the room and rest. As for me, I took a final swim at the beach, had a little sun tan, and went back to bath. Nudged Teng to wake up, and we packed our things for our Bus trip back to Saigon. Because there was ample time left, we lingered around the Hostel till the bus arrived at Singh Cafe. Took some final pictures of the place we stayed in. Good daylight for any photos to be taken!

Room that I would not pay a higher price for again. Anywhere is the same, you just need the beach and company that's all...

Anyone can lay there under a lazy afternoon sun. So no need to book sea side view rooms next time!

We left for Saigon, arrived there 5 hours later, checked in to the previous hostel we stayed in. Went out to walka walka a bit, had our dinner(just bread), and do some window shopping. It’s always raining there. Went back to watch some TV and slept out the night.
