Renting apartment issues you face in a new environment
In my years residing in Shanghai(2004-present), I had moved house and allocated at least ten times. This frequent moving house syndrome is due to the following facts:
1. I prefer to stay with a couple of people, so that I can minimize my rentals.
2. But staying with people, everyone will tend to move on and hence we have to find a new home.
3. Landlord keep rising prices.
4. Shanghai property prices keep rising, hence the rise in renting an apartment
5. Housing wise, the area around my university has their apartment catered specifically for renting to foreign students, sometimes the interior can be badly damanged by our brutal usage
Plus the fact that people here are so willing to rent out their apartments as expensive as possible, sometimes management in housing properties is just for the sake or earning money while waiting for the property price to raise up. There is a lack of a good customer relationship between landlord and the person renting the apartment. All they want is earnings. So when maybe a pipe burst in your apartment, if your landlord is good, he/she will solve the problem for you. But, however, if you meet some landlord who might be rather unreasonable, that’s where renting an apartment will be an unhappy event in which one will ponder about moving as much.
I read online about Chicago Illinois condominium association . They have created a strong team of people to back each other in order to keep their rental fees catchy and affordable to the locals living there. Beside doing so, Chicago association management has ensured that they have the lowest rental fee management in Chicago, with proven results over hard years of work. These kind of good credentials, ensure condo rentals in chicago and apartments in chicago are offering the best services and follow up for people who live there, whether they are working or studying there. That is where chicago condominium association differs from practices held here in Shanghai.
Of course, I would like things to change here in Shanghai, with perhaps a better relationship between the middle man and the landlord, as while as cheaper rentals in the future. Hopefully, prices will be more fixed in these couple of years. I can only cross my fingers on that.
